The pumpkin soup recipe I use; source Notes: Instead of using half & half, sub in whole milk & add a bit more cheese. With the veggie broth, if you can't find any just sub in chicken broth & it'll taste the same way as it would with the veggie broth. [/end] -Once I get on my laptop I'll post some more recipe's as I'm able. ^^

Neat! That soup sounds delicious! Are you posting stuff your going to be making, or have made? I can't wait to see more. 😌 A bit of both actually. ;3 Also, for dessert tonight I plan to make a homemade lemon marange pie. Mmmm. Here's the recipe I'm going to be using: Lemon Marange Pie recipeIngredients (40 m | 8 servings): 1 cup white sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons cornstarch1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups water 2 lemons, juiced and zested 2 tablespoons butter 4 egg yolks, beaten 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked 4 egg whites 6 tablespoons white sugar Directions (Prep: 30 m | Cook 10 m | Ready In 40 m): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). To Make Lemon Filling: In a medium saucepan, whisk together 1 cup sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in water, lemon juice and lemon zest. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in butter. Place egg yolks in a small bowl and gradually whisk in 1/2 cup of hot sugar mixture. Whisk egg yolk mixture back into remaining sugar mixture. Bring to a boil and continue to cook while stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Pour filling into baked pastry shell. To Make Meringue: In a large glass or metal bowl, whip egg whites until foamy. Add sugar gradually, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue over pie, sealing the edges at the crust. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until meringue is golden brown. [recipe source]

Yep, while shopping for ingredients about a week ago we came across goat cheese crumbles, besides the ghost cheese itself. I'm going to be making 'Pumpkin Souffle' as part of our thanksgiving meal, so I'll post the recipe bellow. Pumpkin SouffleIngredients1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup butter 3 large eggs 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree 1 cup milk 1/2 cup cake flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or as desired DirectionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish. Beat sugar, butter, and eggs together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; add pumpkin and mix well. Beat milk, flour, and baking powder into pumpkin mixture until smooth; pour into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Bake in the preheated oven until set in the middle, 45 minutes to 1 hour. (recipe source)

I might try the pumpkin soup, but I'd have to cut it down by at least 1/4 since I'd be making it just for me. XD
